Changing Tides 91 (Pty) Ltd and Grapnel Property Investments (Pty) Ltd in respect of the remaining undivided shares in the rental enterprise known as Morningside Shopping Centre
The Competition Tribunal (“Tribunal”) has unconditionally approved the proposed merger in which Changing Tides 91 (Pty) Ltd (“CT 91”) will acquire the remaining undivided shares in the rental enterprise known as Morningside Shopping Centre, from Grapnel Property Investments (Pty) Ltd (“Grapnel Property Investments”).
Once the merger is implemented, CT 91 will assume sole control of the shopping centre.
CT 91 is a property investment firm and Grapnel Property Investments is a property investment and development firm. The Morningside Shopping Centre, currently jointly owned by CT 91 and Grapnel Property Investments, is a neighbourhood retail centre located in Sandton, Gauteng.
Packaging World Group (Pty) Ltd and Lampac (Pty) Ltd t/a Packaging World
The Tribunal has unconditionally approved the proposed merger in which Packaging World Group (Pty) Ltd will acquire control of Lampac (Pty) Ltd, trading as Packaging World.
Packaging World Group is a newly incorporated firm which does not have any business activities.
Packaging World provides flexible plastic packaging solutions that are lightweight, adaptable and often multilayered. Its product range includes flexible packages made from films, foils, paper and laminates.
