The Competition Tribunal has conditionally approved the notified large merger in terms of which Dorstfontein Coal Mines (Pty) Ltd will acquire sole control of the businesses of Bochabela Mining (Pty) Ltd and SBS Mining (Pty) Ltd (“SBS”) as going concerns.
