Andiswa Ndoni is a legal and governance expert with over 25 years’ experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and board governance across diverse sectors, including mining, industrial processing, automotive, logistics, and construction. She is an admitted attorney and serves as a part-time member of the Competition Tribunal of South Africa.
In addition to her role at the Tribunal, Ms. Ndoni is a board governance advisor and founder of an ESG consulting firm, where she supports organisations in aligning with environmental, social, and governance imperatives.
