Welcome to our new search facility allowing for search within the database of Competition Tribunal decisions, Competition Appeal court judgments and relevant High Court judgments.

The database covers decisions from 1999 to date. Please use the quick search to search through the full text of our decisions. If you know the case number, parties or date of the decision you are looking for, use the advanced search option for more precise results.

ADVANCED SEARCH

The advanced search facility is designed to search for documents according to a set of criteria: Applicant, Respondent, Case number, Case Rating, Decision Date, a time range (Date From: Date To) and Keywords (as assigned by the Competition Tribunal).

TIP: You don’t have to fill in all the criteria. A search can be conducted by filling in only one field, for example the applicant’s name. However the more criteria you specify the better you can refine your search.
