Procedural directions

On 25 March 2011 the Tribunal heard the discovery application and directed the merging parties to make discovery of certain documents by 16h00 on 05 April 2011. Should they not have those documents in their possession they must furnish affidavits in this regard.

The merging parties agreed that the government departments' expert, Genesis Analytics will file its expert report on 19 April and the merging parties' expert, RBB Economics will file its supplementary expert report on 29 April 2011.
